Holiday accommodation Cape Town and its employees will not be held liable for any losses, damages or injuries that might occur to you or members of your party, including one’s personal belongings.
The Owner/s of the named apartment do not hold themselves liable whatsoever, for any losses, damages or injuries that might occur to yourselves or members of your party, including one’s personal belongings.
You, the guest/s, undertake to look after and maintain the apartment in the manner in which you receive it.
Any damages or losses that occur by fault of yourselves to the apartment, equipment and furnishings, during your stay, will be to your account.
Settlement of your account is in cash on arrival or by prior arrangement.
Check out time is 10.30am on day of departure.
Check in time is dependant on when the premises are ready for occupation.
All premises are non smoking. Smoking is only permitted outside of the premises
Cancellation Policy – 25% cancellation fee up to a month before arrival, 50% cancellation fee thereafter and for non-arrival, on the full amount.
