Apartment DescriptionAn elegant free standing 3 bedroom holiday villa situated in the heart of trendy Green Point Village, Cape Town. The main bedroom of this Green Point holiday villa has a queen size bed, numerous built in cupboards and en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. Sliding doors lead out onto a private patio with an outdoor shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and built in cupboards and the third bedroom has two single beds with built in cupboards. It can sleep a maximum of 6 people. Open plan living area with lounge/dining room with fireplace and a large modern kitchen. For one’s entertainment there is DSTV, Dvd and stereo system. All utensils, crockery, cutlery, electrical appliances and dishwasher are supplied. All linen and towels are supplied and the Green Point holiday villa is serviced daily for your convenience. There is an outside laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Personal laundry can be done for you, at an extra charge. Parking is on street. Being in Green Point, the V&A Waterfront is a 15-minute walk away. Public transport is readily available in Main road down the street. Just around the corner is a lovely Oldie World Coffee shop and grocery store. In close walking distance, are the Virgin Active Gym, numerous restaurants, café’s and shops.
