A lovely trendy holiday house situated in a quiet road in sought after Green Point.
Entering the property from the street, the south facing veranda/patio area has a set of garden furniture with a braai/barbeque area.

Through the front door of this Green Point holiday house, the passage leads to the living area. On your left is the third bedroom with 2 single beds and opposite is the second bathroom with a separate shower and bath. At the end of the passage, the comfortable lounge is on the left and on the right is the dining area with open plan kitchen. Leading off the lounge through large opening doors is the private patio/garden area. An outside spiral staircase leads up to the roof patio with stunning views of the Green Point Soccer Stadium and Table Bay. Between the lounge and dining area a staircase leads down to the sleeping area. This area contains the main bedroom with extra length queen size bed and second bedroom with a queen-size bed. The separate main bathroom has a Victorian bath and separate shower. There is also a lounge downstairs with a sleeper couch in it.  It has Dstv supplied and Iburst internet connection for a separate fee. Parking is on street and the Green Point holiday house is fully alarmed.

There are numerous restaurants, cafe's and shops in easy walking distance in the Green Point, Sea Point and De Waterkant areas. The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is an easy 15 minute walk away and the renown Cape Town beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton are but a 10 minute drive.
